The pools seemed quite dirty. Some, especially near the splash area, looked filthy. I saw bugs and insects swimming, and worried about swallowing water accidentally. Pest control is necessary. Fazaa Isaad only covers drinks. They don't tell you that at check-in.

the resort offered very good facilities and water activities. breakfast satisfied all preferences. there were decent restaurant options with good quality and normal prices. peacocks were exciting to see. the kids club included very interesting activities.

The buggy service was not always readily available. I sometimes waited longer than expected.
